...and decides to buy it out of her Uncle's Estate. Sadly, Uncle John Motzer died suddenly in May 2023. He ran this bar/hotel for 40 years. The Estate needed to sell it, and I paid cash to buy it, with the intent of quickly financing a re-sale to some local folks. Things got complicated, and I lost my original buyers. I'm motivated but not desperate. Let's talk!

The Landmark Hotel has been a popular community gathering spot, known for its terrific food in the bar/restaurant on the ground floor, and 12 hotel rooms on the 2nd/3rd floors. The building needs a lot of work, and the liquor license is in safekeeping with the PA Liquor Control Board until plans are submitted for renovation, then the license can transfer to the new owners.
